Telepath is a term for a Caster who can read the minds of others. Not all casters are able to read the minds of others. Unlike a Sybil, Telepaths can only read the mind where-as a Sybil can read everything that a person has seen, as well as any person, anywhere they've been, and see the truth behind the lies.
